Building Site Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Method
Make it together.
- Take 2 large heavy duty sandwich bags and put one inside the other. Fill the inner bag with the digestive biscuits and batter them with a rolling pin.
- In a saucepan, measure out the butter, golden syrup, caster sugar, and cocoa powder. Heat on medium-low and stir until melted.
- Line a springform cake tin with cling film. Line a baking tray with cling film.
- Once melted, pour in the crumbled biscuits and stir until coated. Press 2/3 into the cake tin and chill.
- Spread the remaining mixture on the baking tray and break apart.
- Assemble the cake by tipping it out onto a tray, sprinkling with crumbs, jelly tots, and building walls with chocolate blocks.
